Where and When
We meet Sundays at 10 am - 11:45 am at Millard South (14905 Q Street Omaha, NE 68137).
what to expect
First time guest? If so we hope you'll feel welcome at Harvest Church.
Currently we meet at Millard South High School, but we are looking forward to the day when we build on our property at 178th and Pacific Street.
We have exciting plans and an exciting future!
Upon your arrival, our greeting team will meet you and show you where to find the auditorium, restrooms, and children's check-in.
We invite you to share a cup of coffee with us, which is served from 9:15 to 9:45 am with our worship service starting at 10 am.
If you need any additional direction or have a question or two, please feel free to stop by the blue Welcome Table in the lobby. We will have a gift waiting for you, so please stop by.
How long is the service?
Services last approximately 90 minutes. We start with a combined worship set of contemporary music as well as a hymn or two. Occasionally, we break in worship or shortly after to pray for one another or to allow the Holy Spirit to speak through someone to encourage us. We also rejoice in hearing first hand accounts from people that have been prayed for and how God has answered our prayers.
We honor the Lord with our giving and then we spend some time being trained or inspired with Biblical teaching.
Afterwards we enjoy greeting one another over coffee and pastries.
Children are always welcome
At Harvest Church, children 5th grade and younger experience Jesus on their level. We offer a safe, age-appropriate environment where kids have their own service with singing, a Bible lesson, and small group time.
We suggest arriving a few minutes early for childcare check-in. Children 3 years old and under can immediately be checked-in to their class. Children 4 years and older are invited to join their parents in the service for announcements and worship; they will be dismissed just before our speaker begins the message. Sunday school classes at this time include children 6th grade and under.
Communion is normally celebrated on the first Sunday of the month; children in 3rd grade and older are included in the communion service! Sunday school for children in 3rd through 6th grade does not meet on communion Sunday.
For nursing mothers, you are welcome to nurse your child in our Nursery (located right next to the check-in table).
We invite you to spend a Sunday or three with us to help you find out if Harvest Church is for you.
If you have any questions please call Pastor Craig our Executive Pastor at 402-699-0423.
